Dua Pole Studio – Liability Waiver, Media Release & CCTV Notice

By booking and/or entering Dua Pole Studio (“the Studio”), you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all activities including, but not limited to: pole dancing, choreography, movement, stretching, photography sessions, videography sessions, and use of the wet studio.

1. CCTV Notice

CCTV operates in all areas of the Studio except the bathroom.

The purpose of CCTV is to maintain safety, protect property, and uphold professional standards.

We pride ourselves on professionalism. If there is a complaint or dispute, please inform the Studio owner. CCTV footage may be reviewed to assist in resolving disputes and may be shared with the police where necessary.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that all activities within the Studio involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls (especially in the wet room)

• Muscle strain, bruising, impact injuries

• Injuries caused by misuse or loss of grip on poles, floors, props or equipment

• Injuries caused by performing movements beyond your capability

You voluntarily participate entirely at your own risk.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Dua Pole Studio, its owners, staff, photographers, videographers, and contractors accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage you may suffer while using the premises or participating in any activity.

You waive any right to make a claim, demand, or legal action against the Studio for any injury or damage arising from your use of the facilities, equipment, or services.

4. Personal Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You are in suitable physical condition for the activities you undertake.

• You will use the facilities responsibly and follow instructions given by staff.

• You accept full responsibility for your own safety and conduct inside the Studio.

• If you feel unwell, dizzy, or unsafe, you must stop immediately.

5. Damage to Facilities or Equipment

You agree to take reasonable care of the Studio premises. Any deliberate damage or misuse will result in charges for repair or replacement.

6. Media Release

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any photos or videos created by Dua Pole Studio staff may be used by the Studio for marketing, social media, portfolio showcasing, advertising, or commercial purposes, without additional consent, credit, or payment.

• This does not apply to content recorded on your personal device by you or your friends; only content recorded by staff.

• You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final material.

7. Consent & Agreement

By booking a session, entering the Studio, or receiving content created by staff, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver, Media Release & CCTV Notice.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not enter or use the Studio.
